Bridgeway is a referral-driven housing program. If you place clients — VA and veterans services, hospital discharge planning, workforce programs, outreach teams, case management — we make the handoff simple and keep you informed.

Early referrals receive priority placement. Connect with us before a housing need becomes urgent.
