Bridgeway Independent Living Solutions LLC is a housing stabilization program providing safe, structured, community-centered living for people who are capable of independent living but need reliable, affordable housing and a clear path to stability.
To provide safe, affordable and supportive housing for Veterans, seniors, working adults and individuals in transition — empowering Program Participants to live independently with dignity, stability and community connection.
To be a trusted living community that bridges life transitions by offering independence-focused housing that fosters stability, self-sufficiency and long-term success.
Most housing falls into one of two camps: emergency shelters with high turnover and little structure, or long-term rentals that expect an established rental history and stable income from day one.
Bridgeway operates in between — the structure, accountability and community people need to transition successfully into long-term independence, without the institutional feel of a program or the isolation of a traditional rental.
The people who live at Bridgeway are not patients. Case management is not a service Bridgeway provides on site — though many Program Participants continue working with case managers through a referring organization. They are not dependent on on-site services to function.
They are Program Participants who have chosen a structured, accountable living environment as the platform for their next chapter.
