Bridgeway is a referral-driven housing program, with a straightforward intake process built to get your clients into stable housing quickly.

How the Referral Process Works

1. Submit Referral

Complete the referral form below, or contact us directly by phone or email.

2. Pre-Screening

We review the referral for program fit, housing readiness and availability.

3. Notification

You and the referred individual hear back on status within 48–72 business hours.

4. Placement or Waitlist

Qualified individuals are placed, or added to our priority-based waiting list.

5. Move-In Coordination

We coordinate directly with the individual and, where applicable, your organization.

Priority Placement

Bridgeway currently operates a referral-based waitlist. Early referrals are placed first.
